Sometimes its nice to imagine what it would be like to own a pet. This is exactly what Samantha Tang did this week. She wrote a lovely description of what it would be like to have a pet tortoise. She even drew a picture to accompany it!

I have a tortoise. It has two big eyes, a small mouth, four small legs and a short tail. It has a hard shell. It is green and lovely. It is slow. I love it very much. I lives on the grass. It has a friend named Jassy. They are playing very happily.
