John Whitehead

The best learning takes place through a collaboration between teachers and students. This involves not simply learning from rote, but through argument, logical processing and questioning the so-called fundamentals of the English language.

John Whitehead studied Classics and Ancient History at university and looks to share the wide-ranging wisdom of the ancient world with his students. Through his interest in myth, history and rhetoric, John engages learners and builds a deep understanding and love of the art of writing. When not teaching, he is developing his own writing and publishing a variety of texts including literary critiques and travel journals.
