Last lesson, we discussed\u00a0Japanese haiku. We talked about\u00a0the structure of a haiku, along with its themes and style. All the students enjoyed the activity, and\u00a0applied\u00a0themselves with enthusiasm to their work. I was impressed with their creativity within such a constrained form of poetry.
