Allowing students to take leadership roles

Children are assigned different roles, such as ‘teacher’s assistant’ and ‘story-teller’, and are guided to carry out their duties. It is a good chance for children to practise the necessary skill set and learn to be a responsible individual.

Encouraging students to boost their confidence

Children are easily overwhelmed by unsatisfactory academic performance and comparison with their peers.
