We are thrilled to report the remarkable achievement of one of our long-term students, Curtis Hong, who excelled in his IGCSE examinations, earning grade 9s in both English Language and English Literature at Caterham School in England.

Curtis has been a student at i-learner since his primary years and it has been a pleasure to support his journey to higher level exam success and to witness the ambition and commitment that has allowed his skills to flourish. Curtis joined classes consistently for a two year period leading up to his final exams, as he prepared both as a student at the centre during school vacations in Hong Kong, and in additional online classes as he pursued his studies in the UK. Seeing Curtis’s growth as a writer has been a rewarding experience, particularly as it culminated in some exceptional literary analysis skills and excellent descriptive writing.

We are delighted to celebrate Curtis’s success, which is well deserved, and reflects the dedication he brought to his studies and the effort he invested in refining his craft. His perseverance and passion for literature have certainly paid off, and I have no doubt that he will continue to excel in his future endeavors. Congratulations, Curtis! We are all proud of you!
